Running for Recovery 2017

Running Program – Learn to Run – Broadmead Village Running Room Victoria

Seasons Greetings

I am so excited to share my journey with you. This is my first time being a running coach but I bring 5 years of running and two marathons with me.

Growing up I was not the athletic type but after 2 kids and a career I was ready to get fit.

When I first started to run I had to build from scratch, I started with walking and slowly progressed to running.

I still remember the day I walked/ran my first 5 k I felt like I had won the lotto. It was then I started believing I could actually do this running thing 🙂

Along the way I have had so much fun, met so many wonderful people, running truly has changed my life.

Last year I suffered a severe injury which took me out for many months.

As I began to set my goals for 2017, I began to think about coaching and having the chance to share a bit of what I have learned along the trail.

By simply signing up and lacing up your shoes you have already started the path to putting yourself first.

I am so excited to meet you all in January.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a healthy new year

Rose McNeil
